BioDirection, a medical device company developing novel point-of-care products for the diagnosis of concussion and other traumatic brain injury (TBI), has closed over $4 million in Series B financing. Provident Healthcare Capital made a direct investment in BioDirection and Provident Healthcare Partners has been engaged as exclusive financial advisor to BioDirection.
