Hospice Advantage

Hospice Advantage, a portfolio Company of Sentinel Capital Partners, has been acquired by Compassus. Hospice Advantage is a recognized leader in end-of-life care. The combined company, which will operate as Compassus, will extend to 150 locations in 28 states serving more than 30,000 patients and their families every year. Provident Healthcare Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Sentinel Capital Partners in this most recent transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
