Phoenix-based Anesthesia Resources joined Richardson, Texas-based National Partners in Healthcare.

Four details:

1. Anesthesia Resources provides anesthesia services to seven surgery centers and three hospitals.

2. The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
