SAPA Rad Partners

Radiology Partners (RadPartners) has completed a majority investment in Singleton Associates, PA (SAPA).  SAPA is a sub-specialized group of 32 board certified radiologists with expertise in all diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic modalities.  SAPA is one of the most predominant and oldest groups in Houston, Texas and provides services to CHI St. Luke’s Health, one of the nation’s largest and most respected healthcare organizations.  Provident Healthcare Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to SAPA.  The terms of the investment were not disclosed.
