Palmetto Infusion Services, LLC, a division of Winyah Health Care Group, has been acquired by Thoma Cressey Bravo-backed InfuScience, Inc.  Palmetto Infusion Services is a leading provider of infusion therapies to patients throughout South Carolina and Georgia.  Palmetto provides infusion services to its patients in the home or in one of its Ambulatory Infusion Centers.
