The addition of WHCMA under WHC’s umbrella further solidifies WHC as one of the largest and most successful women’s health groups in the nation. Provident Healthcare Partners (“Provident”) served as exclusive financial advisor to Women’s Health of Central Massachusetts (WHCMA). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
