Eric Major is a Managing Director at Provident Healthcare Partners and has been with the firm since 2012.
Eric supports deal origination and execution for multisite provider-based businesses focused on rehabilitation and surgical care. He is active throughout the process, including pre-market diligence, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, supporting the marketing process, and managing due diligence to closing.
Eric is a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences, including the McGuire Woods Healthcare Private Equity & Finance Conference, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Annual Meeting, and numerous other events within the healthcare services sector. At the 2021 Annual America’s M&A Atlas Awards, Eric was a recipient of the Rising Star Dealmaker Award.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
Eric lives in Manhattan with his wife Michelle. He’s an avid golfer who enjoys traveling.
