Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers
Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers (SHWHC), a highly regarded OBGYN & breast surgery practice in the greater Cincinnati Area, has joined Axia Women’s Health, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity. SHWHC will expand Axia’s Midwestern presence into Ohio and Kentucky and obtain Axia’s resources to make acquisitions, add ancillary services, and hire additional providers. Provident Healthcare Partners (“Provident”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to SHWHC. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
